Refund policy

Conditions

All sales and subscriptions are considered final upon completion. We only provide refunds if you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 5 business days of purchase. After this 5-day period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the service or product
  • Inability to use the service or product
  • Accidental purchases
  • Technical issues not caused by Music 2 Tube

Cancellations

You can cancel (or pause) your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that no prorated refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.
