All sales and subscriptions are considered final upon completion. We only provide refunds if you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 5 business days of purchase. You can cancel (or pause) your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that no prorated refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.
